Hypnosis can be a supportive tool for weight-management mindset, motivation, emotional eating patterns, and habit change. This program does not provide medical nutrition therapy, meal plans, diagnosis, or treatment for eating disorders. If you have diabetes, an eating disorder, significant medical concerns, or are under medical supervision for weight loss, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning.
I want to make it clear that hypnosis is not a magic bullet, although it sometimes seems as though it is for many issues. Losing weight in a healthy, sustainable way is a multi-faceted process. I highly recommend that you are following a good eating plan, preferably one that holds you accountable and works well for you. Hypnosis can absolutely, positively support your journey!
We will start off with a detailed intake to identify your personal challenges. This will be followed by five customized hypnosis sessions over the next several weeks (you have six months to complete them) that will focus on some of the biggest obstacles you can face when changing your eating habits. Each session is recorded for you to listen to as often as you like. Sessions can be done in person or online via Zoom.
