Reflexology is a scientific non-invasive clothed therapy,  We work on the reflex points in the feet (or hands) that correspond to the major organs. Pressure applied to the reflex points can produce deep relaxation, improved circulation and flexibility in the foot as well as move stagnant energy. Reflexology can be added on to any Reiki energy healing session at my Chandler office.

We must have a discussion before scheduling a reflexology session if you identify with any of the following:

• Fever over 99.5
• Infectious, acute, or chronic disease
• Fungal foot infections
• Open wounds, rashes or gangrene
• Broken foot bones
• Contusions, thrombosis
• Pitted edema
• Knotted or dilated varicose veins
• Cancer (unless you have written permission from your oncologist)
• Acute pain or inflammation
• First trimester of pregnancy
• High risk pregnancy (unless you have written permission from your doctor)
• Ischemic heart disease
• Psychosis
• During active digestion (wait 2-3 hours after a meal)
• Low blood pressure (requires caution)
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Organ transplant
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
