- IF YOU FEEL stressed, anxious, depleted or emotionally heavy, start with Reiki + Chakra Balancing. It is a gentle first session to help you relax, reset, and feel more grounded.
- IF YOU FEEL burned out, mentally busy, or unable to fully rest, start with Reiki + Yoga Nidra. This is a deeper nervous system reset that combines energy healing with guided meditation.
- IF YOU FEEL stuck in old emotions, patterns, or heaviness, start with a SEA Therapy session. This is a focused release session followed by Reiki to rebalance your energy.
