It can also help you see patterns carried forth that, if they are undesirable, you now have an opportunity to do some things differently. Although most clients find it very easy to go back in time and experience a past life, I can never guarantee that you will be able to achieve this. I highly suggest that you refrain from all recreational drugs and/or alcohol the day of your session.

Beyond Quantum Healing, also known as BQH, is a spiritual hypnosis experience designed to support self-discovery, inner guidance, and connection with the higher self.
During a BQH session, you are guided into a relaxed state where you may explore memories, impressions, symbols, intuitive messages, or soul-level insights that can offer clarity around your life, patterns, relationships, purpose, and current challenges.
Many clients are drawn to BQH when they are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their spiritual path, or the experiences that may be shaping their current life. Sessions may include connection with the higher self, spiritual guides, or inner wisdom, depending on what feels aligned for you.
BQH is a spiritual and exploratory experience. It is not medical care, mental health counseling, trauma therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a licensed healthcare provider.

First of all, BQH is NOT for everyone. If you have never done hypnosis or you are not an experienced meditator, I do not recommend this session. I can never guarantee you will reach the level of trance required. You have complete control of this. I'm happy to speak with you further to help you determine if this is right for you. A passive or conversational past life regression hypnosis is a better choice for many.
I will be sending you a list of questions once you have booked your session and paid for it. I will give you tools to help you prepare and some guidance on compiling your list of questions. You will send me this information before our appointment. For the first part of your session, we will be talking about your goals and formulating an intention. The hypnosis section is next and typically lasts an hour or more. After that, we will discuss your experience and I will answer any questions I can. A typical session lasts about 2 - 3 hours, but please don’t plan anything immediately following your appointment. Most clients like to have some time to journal about their experience afterwards.
Beyond Quantum Healing sessions can be done in person or by distance via Zoom or phone from the comfort of your home. Both ways work equally well, so it is really up to you.
When booking your BQH session, please book it at least one week out so you have time to prepare and complete the paperwork I will be sending you. Although BQH can be an amazing healing experience, I cannot guarantee you will have a past life experience. It is completely up to you and your higher self what your experience will be. Come with a completely open mind with no expectations of how any of it should be. If you have any trepidations or fears of hypnosis, I highly recommend you schedule a Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy session rather than the BQH. You can always do a BQH session for further exploration!

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for transformation that allows us to access the subconscious mind—the part of our mind that stores memories, emotions, habits, and deeply ingrained beliefs. Safety of Hypnotherapy
One of the most common misconceptions about hypnotherapy is that it is a form of mind control. This is absolutely false. You are always in control and fully aware during hypnosis. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. Hypnotherapy is simply a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness—a natural state of mind that we enter multiple times a day.
For example, have you ever driven your car and suddenly realized that you arrived at your destination with little memory of the journey? That’s a form of hypnosis! It’s a state of focused attention where the subconscious mind takes over while the conscious mind relaxes.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis—you allow yourself to enter this state, and you can bring yourself out of it at any time. My role as the hypnotherapist is simply to guide you through the experience.
How the Conscious and Subconscious Minds Work
• The Conscious Mind: This is the analytical, thinking part of your mind. It processes logic, reasoning, and decision-making. However, it only makes up about 5-10% of your total mind power.
• The Subconscious Mind: This is where your habits, emotions, memories, and automatic responses are stored. It controls about 90-95% of your thoughts and behaviors, often without you even realizing it.
Because the subconscious mind does not distinguish between real and imagined experiences, we can use hypnotherapy to “rewrite the script” and create new, empowering patterns.
Important Points to Keep in Mind for Your Hypnotherapy Session
1. Almost Everyone Can Be Hypnotized
Hypnosis is a natural state that everyone experiences. The only people who may have difficulty with hypnosis are those with very low IQs or conditions that prevent focus and comprehension.
2. Observe the Experience from a Supported Perspective
When we explore memories, impressions, or past experiences, you are guided to observe the experience from a safe and supported perspective, almost as if you are watching a scene unfold rather than being placed directly inside it. You may notice emotions, images, sensations, or intuitive impressions, and you are always encouraged to stay connected to your own comfort level. If anything feels uncomfortable, we can pause, redirect, or end the session at any time. You remain aware, supported, and in control throughout the process.
3. Pay Attention to the People You Encounter
During your session, you may meet people from your past or past lives who are connected to your current life. Be aware of who they are, how you feel about them, and what lessons they may hold for you.
4. It’s Okay to Feel Like You’re Making It Up
Your logical mind may try to dismiss the experience by saying, “I’m just making this up!” That is completely normal. Go with it. Your subconscious mind communicates through intuition, images, and sensations. Trust what comes through.
5. Hypnosis is Also Called Guided Imagery
It is very similar to a guided meditation. You may see images, hear words, feel emotions, or just “know” the answers. Everyone experiences hypnosis differently.
6. Hypnosis is a Natural State
You go in and out of hypnosis daily—when you daydream, when you’re deeply focused on a book or movie, or when you’re in that relaxed state just before falling asleep. This is why hypnotherapy feels so natural.
7. Healing and Integration Continue After the Session
The insights and healing you experience during hypnotherapy will continue to unfold over the next few days. Pay attention to any new thoughts, feelings, or synchronicities.
8. Stay Positive and Committed
Your mindset after the session is just as important as the session itself. You can use your mind to reinforce healing and transformation by staying positive, or you can slow your progress by slipping back into negative patterns.
9. Hypnotherapy is a Valuable Tool—But You Must Participate in Your Own Healing
