At East Valley Healing, each session is intentionally created to provide a supportive space for healing, clarity, and personal transformation. The following policies help ensure that every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.

Sacred Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and the healing work we will do together.

To secure your session, payment in full is required at the time of booking. All sessions are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Because your appointment time is held specifically for you, changes within 48 hours are not permitted. If you are unable to attend in person, your session will be conducted remotely at the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled.

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy; however, clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment time.

Please arrive on time and ready to receive, as sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Remote Sessions

All services offered at East Valley Healing can be conducted remotely when needed. Energy work such as Reiki and many hypnotherapy sessions can be just as effective when performed remotely. If an in-person appointment must shift to remote within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the session will still be honored and conducted remotely.

Packages

Packages are offered as a way to support deeper transformation through consistent work together. Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe provided at the time of purchase. Packages are a priced at a reduced per session rate.

Energy Work Disclaimer

Services offered through East Valley Healing, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, BodyMind coaching, and other holistic modalities, are intended to support relaxation, personal insight, and energetic balance. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Clients should consult their licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

New Client Preparation

To help you receive the most from your session, please take a few moments to prepare before your appointment.

Arrive on time so we can use the full length of your session together.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax.
Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or recreational substances immediately before your session.
Take a few quiet moments beforehand to set an intention for your healing or personal growth.

For remote sessions, please ensure you have a quiet space where you can relax without interruption. Many clients choose to lie down, dim the lights, and create a calm environment during their session.

Coming to your session with an open mind and a willingness to receive often allows the deepest work to unfold.

What to Expect During Your Session

Each session at East Valley Healing is tailored to the individual. Depending on the service you receive—Reiki, hypnotherapy, Beyond Quantum Healing, or BodyMind coaching—your experience may vary.

Many clients report experiencing:

Physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, or energy movement
