Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. 

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique that allows us to effortlessly disengage from the THINKING mind by entering the space between waking and sleeping. Our healing abilities are released by removing the mind, as in sleep. Yoga Nidra assists in self-realization by allowing you to experience the SELF BEYOND THE MIND.  

ANYONE can learn Reiki! I teach Reiki in an online format with in person or Zoom attunements for each level. Level 1 covers the Reiki hand placements, the Reiki Principles, history of Reiki, and self-healing with Reiki. Level 2 training includes the Reiki Symbols and adds on distance healing. I teach Reiki 3 and 4 in one class wherein you are given the symbol and attunement for the Master Level as well as the Master Teacher Level. The online platform includes a manual for each level as well as video tutorials.

BQH is a form of hypnosis that is a close relative of QHHT – Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Each session is recorded for you to listen to as often as you like. Sessions can be done in person or online via Zoom.
